- Grillsmith serves fresh cold water salmon caught off the waters of Chile. These Chilean waters are fed by snowfall, glaciers, and Antarctic currents providing cold, clean water free of heavy metals and PCBs and filled with deep water nutrients- the ideal habitat for Salmon to thrive.
