Fire Club FAQ's

Do I have to have a smartphone to participate?

Yes. Members will need a smartphone in order to download the app and participate in the rewards program.


When do I start getting rewards?

As soon as you sign-up, you will receive a complimentary appetizer that you can use on your next visit. 


How do I earn points?

Once you have finished your meal, you will receive a receipt with a barcode at the bottom. You will then need to open the Grillsmith app and click on the REWARDS > TAP TO EARN > and your phone camera will open up for them to scan the receipt barcode. You will also have the option to enter the barcode number manually. 


When do my points expire?

Fire Club points never expire. Rewards will expire 30 days after the date their were issued.


What happens when I forget to scan my receipt in-restaurant?

If you’re having trouble earning points, click on the menu “burger” in the upper left corner of the app > Need Help? >App/Technical Support and email a photo of your receipt. A customer service representative will issue your points within 24-48 hours.


Why am I getting a message that someone already scanned my receipt?

When you dine with other loyalty members at the same table, you will all be on the same check with the same check number. When your server splits the check, the check number doesn’t change so whoever scans their receipt first will have no problem earning their points. If you get the message that someone already scanned their receipt, please send a photo of your receipt to loyalty@grillsmith.com. Your points will be add-ed to your account with 24-48 hours. 


What if I am missing points?

Points can take 24-48 hours to be added to your account. If you don’t see you points after 24-48 hours, please send an email to loyalty@grillsmith. com explaining the situation with a photo of your receipt and someone will be in contact with you as soon as possible. 


Will I earn points if I order through Uber Eats, Door Dash, or Grubhub? 

Receipts from any third party delivery partner will not have a barcode at the bottom. In order to receive Fire Club points, you will need to email a photo of your receipt to loyalty@grillsmith.com. You’re points will be applied within 24-48hrs.
