Grillsmith proudly serves steaks from this 150-year-old family farm. Fresh, locally grown feed provides sustainable nutrition to the highest quality Black Aberdeen Angus cattle. Our steaks are all upper choice and aged 40 days for the tender and flavorful steak you deserve.
Grillsmith's "Short Trip" fish comes only from the Gulf and Atlantic waters. Our local day-boat fisherman use lines instead of nets, to harvest only the freshest catch.
Grillsmith serves fresh cold water salmon caught off the waters of Chile. These Chilean waters are fed by snowfall, glaciers, and Antarctic currents providing cold, clean water free of heavy metals and PCBs and filled with deep water nutrients- the ideal habitat for Salmon to thrive.
