Grillsmith uses only premium grain fed beef raised in a natural stress-free environment from the Hereford Reserve 1881. All steaks are hand-cut, chef selected and aged for 21 days.
Grillsmith's "Short Trip" fish comes only from the Gulf and Atlantic waters. Our local day-boat fisherman use lines instead of nets, to harvest only the freshest catch.
Grillsmith serves fresh cold water salmon caught off the waters of Chile. These Chilean waters are fed by snowfall, glaciers, and Antarctic currents providing cold, clean water free of heavy metals and PCBs and filled with deep water nutrients- the ideal habitat for Salmon to thrive.
